MasterQuote is a powerful link between
the benefits of two software packages: GoldMine's client/contact management,
sales management, and Macola's accounting, distribution and manufacturing
operations. The combined features of GoldMine and MasterQuote can make the
selling process more efficient.
MasterQuote has a full quotation system (create new, edit, copy delete,
search), with all the information direct from Macola real time. When you
create a quotation, a sales activity is generated in Goldmine. Any quotation
can be exported to excel and rich text format file, and go through to Goldmine
as a linked document. Accepted quotations can be transferred, as an order,
to Macola to generate the production process at a fly and complete a sales
activity in Goldmine. Also, an email can be immediately mailed to contacts,
speeding up the whole process.
Through MasterQuote, you can view the customer information including credit
terms, open quotation, open orders, invoices, production orders, sales totals
and inventory information. |
